About Antelope Advisors
The best teams are not just smart but also healthy. Signs of healthy teams and organizations are high morale and productivity, maximum clarity, low turnover, and minimal office politics. At Antelope Advisors, we are passionate about cultivating organizational health to help teams be more productive and fulfilled in their work. We bring extensive experience on management and project teams to come alongside our clients and provide breakthrough insights and fast, practical tools for leaders and teams.
We specialize in the application of The Six Types of Working Genius productivity assessment pioneered by Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group. The Working Genius model is brilliant for its simplicity and practicality to any kind of work, focusing on each person’s geniuses, or what type of work gives them the most energy and joy.
Our passion for organizational health plays heavily into our approach to nonprofit fundraising. Clarity of purpose, high self-awareness, and relational trust are all present in excellent fundraising programs. Great fundraisers ask intelligent questions, listen carefully, and steward their relationships, all out of, ultimately, love for their donors and their mission. Our team’s fundraising experience spans raising tens of millions of dollars through major gifts, foundation grants, and federal and foreign government grants, as well as digital and traditional direct marketing and capital campaigns.
